Public Involvement & Outreach Tools

TRANSPORTATION

We get things moving.
Since 2005, Frankel Interactive has created public outreach and information sites for government transportation departments throughout Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Our deep experience in web-based/interactive transportation-oriented tools and public information tools makes us a definitive authority in informational web design.

We've created websites allowing Public Information Officers to communicate in real-time with stakeholders. Have a hybrid or carpool on I-95? If so, and if you registered to use 95 Express toll lanes for free, you've used our tools. How about looking for Park & Ride locations? We designed that site, too. Live or work in Fort Lauderdale, and needed to check the routes and fares for the Sun Trolley? Again, a Frankel Interactive project.

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

The Florida Department of Health has been a Frankel Interactive client for over four years. Our projects for the DOH include creating the design templates for the Miami-Dade County Health Department intranet and designing websites for the Miami Dade Medical Reserve Corps, as well as the DOH’s multiple consortiums (Miami Dade County Hospital Preparedness Consortium, the Consortium for a Healthy Miami-Dade County). Our work goes beyond Miami-Dade, as we have also created websites for Health Department organizations in Tallahassee.

MUNICIPALITIES

Since 2006, Frankel Interactive has been working with Bal Harbour Village, providing website maintenance and online marketing services  – as well as custom programming that gives the Village Clerk the ability to post information on council meetings and archive past meeting information. Our online marketing campaigns for Bal Harbour include banner ads on national news websites with trackable landing pages for the marketing department. Step next door to City Hall and you’ll see that we’ve designed the Police Department’s website, too. We recently launched a new website for the village – check it out here.
